The journey connects Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport with the Eurexpo Lyon exhibition center, located in Chassieu in the eastern part of the Lyon metropolitan area. In smooth traffic, the drive generally takes around five hours, but the actual duration may vary depending on traffic in the Île-de-France region, conditions on the highways toward Lyon, and activity around the exhibition center.

Eurexpo is near the A43 and A46 highways and has a large number of parking lots around the venue. Traffic and access arrangements may vary depending on the day, the hall in use, and the event schedule. A general address may not be enough for a delivery, booth setup, or arrival before the venue opens to the public.
The destination is often referred to as Lyon Eurexpo, but its local address is in Chassieu. Don’t confuse it with convention venues in central Lyon, Lyon Part-Dieu station, or event venues on the Presqu’île. If your itinerary continues to a hotel or train station, make sure to specify that as a separate destination from Eurexpo when planning your trip.
From Eurexpo, visitors can continue to central Lyon, hotel districts in eastern Lyon, or Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport. Local transportation options and any event shuttles may depend on the event and its dates. Check the information provided with your ticket or badge before leaving the venue.
