General Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms of Sale”) define the conditions under which Booking Paris Transfer provides pre-booked private chauffeur transportation, transfers, chauffeur services, and excursions.

Any booking made through the Website, by phone, email, messaging service, or any other booking method constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Services offered

Booking Paris Transfer offers the following services in particular:

• private transfers to and from airports, train stations, hotels, homes, and other addresses;
• chauffeur services;
• private shuttles;
• pre-booked excursions and custom trips.

3. Booking

Every booking must include the information required to properly provide the service, including the customer’s name and contact details, date, time, pickup address, destination address, number of passengers, number of pieces of luggage, and, where applicable, the flight or train number.

A booking is considered final only after confirmation by Booking Paris Transfer.

4. Prices

Prices are stated in euros and include all taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Depending on the service, the price may be:

• a fixed price provided before the booking is confirmed;
• determined based on the duration, distance, schedule, or specific conditions of the service.

Any additional customer request not included in the initial booking may incur an additional charge.

5. Payment

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the nature of the service, using the payment methods offered on the Website or provided by Booking Paris Transfer.

When payment is made through a third-party provider such as Stripe, the transaction is processed securely by that provider.

Booking Paris Transfer reserves the right to suspend or refuse any booking in the event of nonpayment, incomplete payment, a payment issue, or suspected fraud.

6. Confirmation and Provision of the Service

The service is provided on the date, at the time, and at the location agreed upon when booking. The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

For airport transfers, the client must provide the correct flight number to enable arrival tracking when this service is available.

7. Waiting Time

Unless otherwise agreed upon when booking:

• for airport arrivals, a waiting period of up to 60 minutes after landing is included;
• for train station arrivals, a waiting period of up to 20 minutes may be included;
• for other pickups, a reasonable waiting period of up to 15 minutes may apply.

Beyond this period, subject to availability, Booking Paris Transfer may charge an additional waiting fee or consider the service canceled due to a no-show.

8. Cancellation and Changes by the Client

Any request to change or cancel a booking must be submitted as soon as possible by phone, email, or messaging service.

Unless specific terms were agreed upon when booking:

• any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund of the amounts paid, excluding any nonrefundable costs already incurred;
• any cancellation made less than 24 hours before pickup may result in all or part of the service being charged;
• if the client fails to appear at the meeting point, the full amount for the service is due.

9. Cancellation or Inability to Provide the Service by Booking Paris Transfer

If the service cannot be provided for reasons beyond the control of Booking Paris Transfer, including force majeure, exceptional traffic conditions, an accident, breakdown, road closure, extreme weather, or an unforeseeable event, Booking Paris Transfer will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative solution whenever possible.

If no alternative is available, the amounts actually paid for the service that was not provided may be refunded, with no additional compensation, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• provide accurate and complete information when booking;
• be present at the agreed location and time;
• behave respectfully toward the driver, the vehicle, and other passengers;
• follow all safety rules while in the vehicle.

Booking Paris Transfer may refuse or discontinue the service in the event of behavior that is dangerous, abusive, violent, illegal, or incompatible with safety or the proper completion of the trip.

11. Luggage

Before or during booking, the client must indicate the approximate amount of luggage to be transported.

Booking Paris Transfer cannot be held liable if the vehicle booked is unsuitable because the client failed to disclose or underestimated the amount of luggage.

12. Minors and Child Seats

Minors are transported under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

Infant car seats and booster seats may be provided upon advance request, subject to availability. The client must indicate this need when booking.

13. Liability

Booking Paris Transfer is subject to a duty of reasonable care in providing the service.

Booking Paris Transfer cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to provide the service resulting from external circumstances, inaccurate information provided by the client, force majeure, or any other cause beyond its control.

Booking Paris Transfer will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, if an amicable resolution or mediation cannot be reached, the courts with jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules of general law.
