The available vehicle categories are Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, and 8-seat Van. Choose based on the number of passengers and the equipment to be transported, keeping in mind that available space depends on the vehicle configuration and luggage. If your equipment is bulky, specify its dimensions or how much space it takes up when making your request.

Pickup can be arranged at an address, train station, or airport. For each photo stop, provide an identifiable location and, if possible, a clear address or drop-off point. Stops and the service duration must match the agreed itinerary; significant changes may need confirmation.

The service covers chauffeur-driven transportation and planned stops. A photographer, photo equipment, photography permits, site access, tickets, and activities are not automatically included. Special requests, including those involving multiple vehicles, must be confirmed with a quote.

Describe any bulky items, bags, or accessories to help determine the space required; do not assume the passenger capacity corresponds to the same luggage capacity in every vehicle.

Let us know in advance about alternative stops or likely changes. The number of locations and the route must fit within the booked duration; significant changes must be confirmed based on the itinerary and service terms.
