Private Chauffeur Service for Hotel, Concierge, and Agency Clients and Visitors

This service is for businesses and professionals arranging transportation for someone else. A booking may be for a one-time trip with several stops, a series of appointments, or a sightseeing itinerary. It does not imply a partnership between Booking Paris Transfer and the requesting business.

The duration and stops are set when the request is made. Several stops can be included if the itinerary is agreed upon in advance. Provide the locations, preferred times, and expected duration so the request can be reviewed.

An hourly chauffeur service can make it easier for a client to travel between their pickup location, several appointments, and a final destination. The service covers transportation only; tours, tickets, reservations, and access to venues are not included simply by booking a chauffeur.

The available vehicle categories are Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, and 8-seat Van. Choose based on the number of passengers and their luggage. Category names do not guarantee a specific vehicle model. Requests involving multiple vehicles require confirmation with a quote.

The person arranging the booking may not be the passenger. Specify who will be riding, where the chauffeur should pick up the client or visitor, and how practical information will be shared with them. Any special instructions must be confirmed.

The booking covers a chauffeur service for the agreed duration. It does not promise unlimited mileage, activities, decorations, champagne, tickets, VIP access, or security services. Special requests and anything beyond standard transportation must be confirmed with a quote.

• The name of the business or agency arranging the request, and the contact person responsible for coordination.
• The passenger’s or group’s name and a useful contact method, as agreed.
• The pickup address, train station, or airport, and the preferred pickup time.
• The expected duration, planned stops, and final destination.
• The number of passengers, amount of luggage, and preferred vehicle category: Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, or 8-seat Van.

The booking tool allows durations from two to 24 hours. Specify how long the planned itinerary will take and your preferred times. An extension or change to the duration should not be considered confirmed without approval.

Specify passenger numbers and luggage before choosing a category. Category names indicate the available options but do not guarantee a specific vehicle model. If your needs do not appear to fit a single category or involve multiple vehicles, confirmation with a quote is required.

Several stops can be included, depending on the agreed itinerary. Provide the addresses in the preferred order and note any appointment times. Stops added or changed during the service are subject to confirmation and itinerary feasibility.

Pickup can be arranged at an address, train station, or airport. Provide details that make the meeting point easy to identify, and specify who will pass this information on to the passenger. For the return trip, provide the destination and preferred time when booking, especially if the passenger needs to return to their hotel or another address.

If an appointment is rescheduled, a stop changes, or the passenger wants to change their route, contact the person responsible for the booking to request confirmation. Changes remain subject to availability and feasibility; do not promise the passenger they will be accepted automatically.

Requests involving multiple vehicles or a special service must be confirmed with a quote. Tickets, activities, special access, and other add-on services are not included by default. Any such request must be submitted and confirmed separately.
