Start by choosing your priority visits, then estimate how much time you’ll need at each stop. Take into account the opening hours you’ve checked, any visit reservations, and travel time between locations. A balanced itinerary leaves room for delays and changes in pace.

Grouping some stops by area can make the day easier to organize. If you’re planning a long visit or a break, mention it when agreeing on the itinerary so the chauffeur service duration matches your plans.

Pickup can be arranged at an address, train station, or airport. Share your starting point, planned stops, and preferred end point. If the schedule or route for the day may change, mention any known constraints when booking and agree on how to coordinate.
