Multiple stops and route

Share all known stops and the expected time between appointments. Multiple stops can be included in the agreed itinerary. If another viewing is added or the route order changes, contact the service to check whether the change can be coordinated.

Change of Time or Address

As soon as you know that a contact has changed an appointment or an address has changed, let the service know. Any adjustment depends on whether it can be coordinated and should not be considered guaranteed. If your schedule is uncertain, describe the possible scenarios when you book.

Pickup and return

Provide a precise pickup address, or the necessary details if pickup is at a train station or airport. Also tell us where you’d like to go at the end of the service. If pickup and drop-off are at different locations, include both addresses in your itinerary.
