This service may suit the needs of executives, partners, speakers, presenters, or small groups. The available categories are Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, and 8-seat Van. The right choice depends in part on the number of passengers and bags.

The calculator offers durations from 2 to 24 hours. Provide your preferred times, pickup locations, and planned stops to arrange a service that fits your schedule.

The booking covers chauffeur-driven transportation under the agreed terms. It does not include close protection and, by default, does not include event planning, tickets, or special access. Special requests and needs for multiple vehicles must be confirmed by quote.

• The address, train station, or airport for pickup.
• Planned times, destinations, and the order of stops.
• The number of passengers, their bags, and the preferred vehicle category.
• A contact who can be reached to coordinate transportation details.

Specify the time the transportation is needed and your preferred meeting point. For pickup at a train station or airport, provide the information needed to identify the location and arrange the trip according to the agreed itinerary. Do not assume that pickup inside a terminal or special access is included.

Choose from Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, and 8-seat Van based on the group and their bags. Share your actual needs so we can check that the requested category is suitable; category names do not replace confirmation of the transportation arrangements.

List each address and specify the order of stops. Multiple stops can be included in the agreed itinerary. If the route or schedule may change, let us know before booking so we can confirm the applicable terms.

Notify Booking Paris Transfer as soon as a time, address, or passenger count changes. Any changes must be confirmed as feasible. Special services, including requests for multiple vehicles, must be confirmed by quote.

Specify whether the chauffeur-on-call service should include a return trip, and provide its time and location. Make sure the selected duration covers the planned stops and desired travel time.

Any special service beyond the agreed transportation, as well as any request involving multiple vehicles, must be submitted for review and confirmed by quote. VIP access, close protection, and event services are not included by default.
