The service can be booked for a calculated duration of two to twenty-four hours. Choose a duration that allows for the outbound trip, expected waiting time, the end of the performance, and the return trip. If the show runs late or your plans change, any changes must be coordinated with the chauffeur and confirmed in accordance with the service terms.

Available vehicle categories are Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, and 8-seat Van. Choose based on the number of passengers and their personal belongings. Requests for multiple vehicles or a specific event-related need must be confirmed with a quote.

The chauffeur provides the agreed transportation but does not provide tickets, reserved parking spaces, or priority or VIP access. Traffic restrictions, venue instructions, and any drop-off zones are subject to local conditions and the event organizer’s requirements.

Pickup can be arranged at an address, train station, or airport, depending on the agreed schedule. For an evening out, make sure the pickup point, venue, and return details are all clearly provided when booking.

Factor in the outbound trip, expected waiting time, and return trip when estimating the duration. A performance may end later than expected, so provide a realistic estimate and agree on how to communicate any changes. Extensions are not assumed to be included and must be coordinated.
