Set a clear meeting point

Your pickup point can be an address, train station, or airport. For arrival at the stadium, agree on a drop-off location and, if needed, a meeting point for the return trip. Traffic rules, local restrictions, and access to the venue area may vary: transportation does not guarantee access to the stadium or drop-off at the entrance.

Multiple stops and meeting points

Multiple stops can be planned according to the agreed itinerary. Provide the addresses in your preferred order and clearly distinguish the drop-off point from the place where you want to meet the chauffeur after the event. Access and traffic restrictions around the stadium are outside the scope of the booking.

Itinerary changes

If the time, route, or pickup location changes, notify the service as soon as possible. Whether the service can be adjusted depends on the arrangements already agreed and must be confirmed; do not assume a last-minute change will automatically be accepted.

Arrange pickup and return

Choose an easy-to-identify pickup location and share the details needed to recognize you. For the return trip, agree in advance on an accessible meeting point in line with the venue’s and local authorities’ instructions. Traffic conditions and the time it takes for the crowd to exit may affect the arrangements.
