The calculator lets you select an hourly service duration from 2 to 24 hours. Plan your schedule around travel time, desired waiting time, and the ceremony and reception times. The duration and itinerary must be agreed at the time of booking.

Options and Special Services

The booking covers chauffeur-driven transportation under the confirmed arrangements. Vehicle decorations, champagne, event services, and other special requests should not be considered included; they must be requested separately and confirmed with a quote. Requests involving multiple vehicles must also be confirmed with a quote.

Duration and schedule

The calculator offers durations from 2 to 24 hours. Choose a duration that fits the schedule to be agreed, taking travel time and the time planned between the ceremony and other stops into account. Do not assume an extension will be possible without confirmation.

Available categories are Comfort, Sedan, 7-seat Van, and 8-seat Van. Provide the number of passengers to identify a suitable category. For a group that needs multiple vehicles, the request must be confirmed with a quote.

Multiple stops and route

Several stops can be planned based on the agreed schedule. Provide each address, the order of stops, and how much time you would like to spend at each location. Stops should not be considered automatically added unless they have been agreed.

Itinerary changes

If a time, address, or stop changes, notify the service as soon as possible and ask for confirmation. Whether a change is possible depends on the schedule and agreed arrangements; no change should be considered confirmed until it has been approved.

Pickup and return

Clearly specify the pickup location and time, as well as your preferred destination or drop-off location. If the service needs to pick up or drop off passengers at multiple locations, include them in the schedule to be agreed.
